NORDIC WALKING is a pleasant aerobic activity that is easy to practise for everyone. It makes use of sticks similar to those used for cross-country skiing. NORDIC WALKING is much more effective than walking and has gentle but efficient effects, improving the muscle strengthening and toning the muscles, activating the cardiovascular system and having a direct beneficial effect on coordination and mobility.

Its flexibility in terms of use (times, sites, etc.) means it can be practised in any circumstance and in any place. Safe and effective, and no special skills or training are required.


  • People who have never practised sports and lead sedentary lives.
  • Elderly persons.
  • Persons suffering from different pathologies who have been instructed by their doctors to do physical exercise.
  • Persons who are overweight.
  • Persons with chronic illnesses and joint ailments.
  • Persons who practise sport, as yet another alternative for training and/or for recovering from injury.

In short, it is BENEFICIAL to any person who wants to keep healthy and improve their physical and mental shape.


You need: special sticks adapted to the height of each user (they are provided for people who do not have them), sports clothing and footwear, sun lotion and water.
